Rev Abs Reviews
Product Description
For a great number of people achieving good looking abs seems to out of reach. They have tried the usual sit-ups, endless crunches and exercises such as side bends but all to no avail. If this sounds like you then the many rev abs reviews that we have seen might offer the solution.
This Rev Abs program uses a technique called Abcentrics, a proven training technique devised by Brett Hoebel that works your abs from 6 different angles for maximum effect. Inherent in this technique is the way that the abdominal muscles are fully utilized during every rep of every exercise. The benefits of this are that the results from all your efforts are seen quickly.
The Rev Abs workouts are contained in a seven DVD set. There are a total of nine different routines, all designed to work the muscles in different ways. For example, in the How to Capoeira routine, you learn several of Brett’s best movements taken from this unique Brazilian martial art. Another DVD has his well-known Fire Up Your Abs workout. This combines intervals of cardio combined with specially devised ab exercises to gain maximum results in the shortest time possible.
To get the best results from abs training there has to be a lot of attention given to diet. The Rev Abs system provides a nutrition guide that has easy-to-follow meal plans for both men and women. It also includes a 14-day Jump-Start Plan. This plan comes with a guarantee that if you don’t lose 10 pounds and a whole size in the first two weeks then you can have your money returned.

Rev Abs reviews
Does rev abs work for the people who have tried it out? The rev abs reviews were very mixed for this program. There seemed to be about half of the reviewers who had achieved good results whilst the other half were disappointed in the system. Let’s take a look at the positive points first.
A couple of reviewers said that to see results you have to stick with the program and give it time. Several of the exercises were unfamiliar to most people and this meant that the abdominals were being worked from unusual angles. This is a good thing as the muscles tend to respond better in this sort of circumstance. Although there are advanced movements there is also a modified version of the routine for newcomers to exercise and this was welcomed by people who weren’t fit.
Some of the rev abs reviews that were more negative in tone complained about the workouts being repetitive in the sense that the same exercises are used throughout the 90 days of the course: only the duration and intensity increased. Another problem seems to have been caused by the presenter’s habit of making unwelcome comments during the workout when people were trying to concentrate on the exercises. This is obviously a matter of personal taste.
In the light of the rather mixed rev abs reviews we feel that we are unable to give an outright recommendation to buy rev abs. The results are so varied that there is no certainty that you will be able to gain any worthwhile benefit from it. There are a lot of programs to choose from which have more positive reactions from the people who have used them and it might be better to consider some of them before buying this one.
